# Day 7, 19th of September 2006

<< >> Photos Day 7

As I sad the next morning we're early birds. We get up at 6:30 a.m. and at 7 a.m. we're ready for the oath of allegiance and early morning exercises. A perfect work out according to the music makes the day easy going. Ten minutes later we're all sitting at the breakfast and can't believe what we did.

This day is surrounded by project adventures. We start with simple games and the course waits for us. We have to cross a river, balance on a rope and to climb over a wall. After three hours working out we're all bushed. But we became a team and did teamwork to solve our tasks. A short lunch and a short good-bye and hop on the bus to continue our journey. Kusatsu is the next stop. There we'll sleep in a traditional Japanese Hotel: Ryokan.
Without the smell of sulphur Kusatsu would be a lovely place. Our visit is similar to a stay at a health resort anywhere in the world. There are lots of gift shops, during daytime many people on the street and at night just us. Right after arrival we change our dress, take on the yukata and enjoy the onsen. The hotel serves us a royal dinner. For digestion we go back to the onsen and relax.
At night we celebrate a bit and some of us take the free time for a walk through the town. At midnight itfs time for a special event. Right in front of our hotel is a typical sit in onsen where we all meet. There wefre the luckiest people on earth. A real sushi cook serves us handmade sushi at night. Itfs unbelievable and so delicious. Totemo oishii desu.
